Global SpiceTech Solutions was born in 2019 in a cramped Delhi co-working space, fuelled by cold coffee and a burning question: why is hospitality management still running on spreadsheets?
Founders Vikram Nair (ex-ITC Hotels) and Anjali Bose (IIT Delhi, Computer Science) combined 15 years of hospitality operations with deep software engineering to build India's first integrated restaurant + catering + events platform.

Vikram & Anjali launch the first version of the platform, onboarding 3 pilot restaurants in Connaught Place.
Crossed 100 restaurant clients and launched the corporate catering vertical, landing TechCorp India as the anchor client.
Served the 1,000,000th meal through the platform. Expanded to Gurugram, Noida, and Faridabad.
